Ujamaa Works Accounting & Finance Network

Ujamaa Works is an informal network of financial services professionals and students, educating ourselves about cooperative economics that are centered around the needs of black and indigenous communities. Members work in accounting, finance, tax, management consulting and related fields. Ujamaa is the Swahili word for "cooperative economics" which is one of our guiding principles on our mission to support solidarity economy enterprises. Members are mostly in the mid-Atlantic region.
